Q. Can I buy products from Wildcatgifts.com and have them shipped directly to a friend or relative?
A. We will be happy to do that, just make a note when you check out with the address you would like your items shipped to.
Q. Is there a minimum order?
A. No, not at the present time.
Q. Do you have a retail store?
A. No we don’t. Our office and warehouse is located in Georgetown, Kentucky. We are an online only business.
Q. Why are some of your gift items that we available last week, no longer on the website?
A. We are not the manufacturer, and many times we buy all the remaining stock of items we feel Big Blue Fans will enjoy. So sometimes and item is gone, and we have no way to replace it.
Q. How is the best way to contact you if I have questions?
A. Email is the best way, because some days (especially around Holidays) our staff is on the phone all day. We have one person who responds to emails, and many times you will receive an answer within minutes.
Q. What is the fee to become a Wildcat Gift Club Member?
A. Currently there are no fees associated with becoming a Wildcat Gifts Club Member. From time-to-time we send Gift Club Members email notifications regarding discounts, samples, and free merchandise.
Q. Do you offer any kind of guarantee?
A. Absolutely! We are interested in a long-term customer relationship. We are depending on you sharing WildcatGifts.com with your family and friends. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us and we will do whatever we need to do to make it right. Happy customers that tell others is our #1 goal.
